Season's greetings

Hi Gents, I’d like to wish you all a relaxing, peaceful and happy Christmas & New Year! I hope you get some time off from work and enjoy a well-deserved holiday. I will take some time off during the festive season too. It is a nice time of the year to catch up with friends who I haven't seen for a while. I have a twilight Sydney Harbour Dinner cruise booked on a magnificent timber sailing ship. It will be nice to experience all that Sydney's wonderful harbour has to offer from the unique perspective of Sydney's authentic timber tall ship. During Christmas I will be relaxing and celebrating with friends and family eating ham, turkey, salads and delicious pavlova with mixed berries and fruit on the top. Everyone will bring a plate of something to the table. I enjoy preparing Greek salads and fruit platters. I am now used to the Aussie Christmases. In Hungary we usually eat stuffed cabbage, fish soup, and different kinds of meats such as chicken or pork. Gingerbread cookies and bejgli with walnut or poppy seeds are also popular during Christmas. For New Years Eve itself, I've booked a personal holiday up north where it’s a bit more tropical. The hotel is sleek and modern, with a trendy pool and cocktail bar and I am looking forward to kicking back and relaxing in the shade sipping delicious cocktails! There will be plenty of time to go bushwalking too, to burn off the extra calories. I like nature and exploring national parks, viewing birds and interesting plants in native landscapes such as rainforests and eucalypt woodlands, as well as unique native wildlife. What are you up to this Christmas? Do you have any interesting plans? I will certainly be looking forward to seeing you in the new year and hearing all about what’s been happening with you. All My Love, Heidi xx
